To celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, Henley Town Council and The Henley Partnership are organising a very special Lunch for 60 guests (for the ’60 glorious years’) who are over 80 years old (like the Queen herself)

Six local restaurants and pubs have volunteered to provide catering by each adopting a table of 10, and other local wine distributors and hostelries will be providing drinks. Several local businesses are sponsoring a beautiful Marquee in the Town Square to protect guests from rain… or sun. And Volunteers have offered their services to drive guests to and from home, and wait on them at the tables.

This is a very large, and quite complex event to organise so we ask that , if you wish to nominate individuals , you also become the contact point for them yourself – particularly if you have several on your list! It will be so much easier for us to manage the ongoing contact that way, so that there are no last minute surprises, disappointments or misunderstandings for our guests.
